Education: Applicants posses M.Tech plus B.Tech in relevant discipline and first class degree at Master's level or graduate level or NET/SLET/Ph.D.
Selection: Selection is on the basis of their performance in screening test, preliminary written exam, and written test.
Application Fee: Rs.300/- for General/OBC category candidates, Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PH category candidates in the form of demand draft drawn in favor of Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Payable at Hyderabad.
